"Farmers" are individuals or entities who list agricultural products on the Kijaani platform for sale to Retailers.
"Retailers" are businesses that purchase products from Farmers through the Kijaani platform to resell to End Consumers.
"End Consumers" are individuals who purchase products from Retailers through the Kijaani platform.
"Products" refer to the agricultural goods and other related items listed by Farmers for sale on the Kijaani platform.
"Orders" are the transactions initiated by Retailers or End Consumers to purchase Products through the Kijaani platform.
User Responsibilities
Accuracy of Information
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and use of the Kijaani platform. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for promptly updating it when necessary.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and other login credentials that you use to access the Kijaani platform. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party and to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Compliance with Laws
Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards when using the Kijaani platform, including but not limited to those related to consumer protection, product safety, and data privacy.
Products and Orders
Product Listings
Farmers are responsible for ensuring that all Product listings on the Kijaani platform are accurate, complete, and not misleading. Kijaani does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the Products listed by Farmers.
Order Process
Retailers and End Consumers can place Orders for Products through the Kijaani platform. Once an Order is placed, it is binding. Kijaani will facilitate communication between the parties involved in the transaction but is not responsible for the fulfillment of Orders.
Payment Terms
Payments for Orders must be made through the Kijaani platform using the available payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full. Any applicable taxes and fees will be displayed during the checkout process.
Order Fulfillment
Farmers and Retailers are responsible for fulfilling Orders in a timely manner. Kijaani may assist in tracking Orders but does not guarantee delivery timelines.
Commission and Fees
Commission Structure
Kijaani charges a commission on each Order that is made and paid for through the platform. The commission rate is a percentage of the total Order value and will be disclosed to Users during the transaction process.
Fee Changes
Kijaani reserves the right to modify the commission rate and other fees at any time. Users will be notified of any fee changes in advance, and the new fees will apply to Orders placed after the effective date of the change.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and Refunds Policy
Kijaani facilitates returns and refunds according to the policies set by Farmers and Retailers. The specific return and refund policies for each Product will be made available at the time of purchase. Kijaani does not process returns or refunds directly but will assist Users in communicating with the relevant parties.
Requesting a Return or Refund
If you are unsatisfied with a Product, you may request a return or refund through the Kijaani platform within the timeframe specified by the relevant policy. The outcome of the request will depend on the policies of the Farmer or Retailer.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Kijaani platform are owned by Kijaani or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform without our express written permission.
User Content
By submitting any content (e.g., reviews, comments, etc.) to the Kijaani platform, you grant Kijaani a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.
Limitation of Liability

Kijaani provides the platform "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Liability Limits
